Course objective:
Feasibility surveys and potential target clients aims at identifying underserved areas and communities; and to getting a much deeper and precise understanding of the demand in the preselected areas in order to confirm/adapt the assumptions in terms of products features (market survey – additional information to finalize the design of the products and confirm extension strategy and marketing strategy.
This course covers the basic socio-economic survey objectives and methods and planning process and how to conduct a successful area survey and potential client appraisal for microfinance program.
Course audience:
Staff members of Microfinance involved in the Design, Development and Marketing of the Products and Services of the microfinance /Bank, including, Field/Account Officers, Officers in Product Development, Operations Managers/ Supervisors and Branch Managers.
